1.How to change  video content ?

convert video with correct  resolution like above table shows and format like AVI .MP3 sound is ok .

then activate the card ( open if magnetic switch or press on/off button ) to connect the card with your computer drag the converted video into the video file folder is ok 

2.Printing :

we will provide you the die-cut template after you kindly advised the specs( card size . buttons placement) 

we will arrange the printing follow your artwork design 

3. Quality Control&Warranty:

We apply AQL 2.5(Major)/4.0(Minor) quality standard on all our complete video cards, Highrich offer repair service for any defective units within 2.5% in the condition of customer bear shipping cost , but we can  replace or refund the ones that is over 2.5%.
